Our team at BLOOD BATH RACING is more than a “team” we are family! Just a mom and dad that have raised their 6 children in the racing world. We figured if we brought them up around a fun but expensive & time consuming hobby, they wouldn’t have the time nor funds to mess up their lives. We refuse to quit and are determined to just get better. We take great pride in all our accomplishments.

Playing to Win
Shannon Young: Shannon started off street racing as a young teen with his VW GTI then he purchased a VW CORRADO. Shannon upgraded his racing program in 2010 and bought his first FOXBODY. He ran true street for a few years but wanted to go faster. He sold that mustang and bought Blood Bath in 2018. Shannon was the 2019 Limit 28’s N/T Champion. Shannon has since bought BLOOD $, a Chevy S10 which has a SBF in it, EZ Money & a Datsun with a 5.3 LS
Chase Young: Chase has had a love for speed and cars his entire life. He has been helping Shannon in the garage from a very young age. He started go kart racing at 13 and picked it up really quickly. He was 3/4 of the way into a season and came out winning 3rd place in points for the year. He wanted to go faster so he got his first mustang (which still sits unfinished beside our shop) that Christmas. When he was 15 he bought a SN95 streetcar. Unfortunately his garage burnt down with his car inside. He has had many mustangs but now own BLOOD BATH, a Ford Mustang with a 5.3 LS
Charles Young: our youngest driver was born a racer. This kid has always loved racing and going as fast as possible. He grew up at the tracks and if you know him, you love him. He’s extremely intelligent and absorbs everything he’s told or ask. He knows more drivers & cars than any of us. Just a heads up, don’t bet against him. Lol. He watches nothing but racing on YouTube. If you ask him, he’s going to marry Lizzy Musi when he gets older. Charles has a Jr Dragster which he started messing with in 2022 and has been in about 5-8 races as of 9/2023. He has come out in the top 4 in 80% of them.
Harry Darrnell: Harry is our newest driver for Blood Bath Racing. Harry typically races EZ Money. We haven’t made it to the winners circle in that, but usually go to the finals.
